If you are a person who spends a lot of time in front of your PC then it’s always recommended to use night light during night time. The night light can reduce your eye stress and also it can help you to sleep better. You can activate night light in Ubuntu 20.04 by following the steps given below.
Go to Settings.
Choose Displays from the options given in the left. Now you can see two tabs at the top – Displays and Night Light.
Selecting Night Light shows you all night light related options. You can turn it on by toggling the button against Night Light. You can choose the schedule. You can either set a manual schedule or an automatic schedule from Sunset to Sunrise. You can even adjust the warmth of night light by using the slider properly.
